COD (7-8-3; 3-5) celebrated Sophomore Day with freshman forward Dalaina Johnson (Cathedral City H.S.) collecting her eighth multi-goal game of the season and the team grabbing their seventh clean sheet of the season, as the Roadrunners knocked off the winless Norco Mustangs (0-18; 0-9), 4-0.
COD (6-6-3; 2-3) got back on track with a hard-fought win against their neighbors, while the game was tied at the break, the Roadrunners turned the offense on blast in the second half, pushing past the Mt. San Jacinto Eagles (7-5-1; 1-3-1), 4-1.
COD (4-3-3) rolled to their fifth clean sheet of the season, Dalaina Johnson tied a single season Desert scoring record with her 16th and 17th goals of the season, as the Roadrunners blanked the Compton Tartars (1-4-2), 3-0.
COD (3-2-3) had an offensive explosion as they faced off with a team for the first time in 16 years, Monserrath Bedolla Guzman had 3 goals and Dalaina Johnson had 5 as the Roadrunners thumped the East Los Angeles Huskies of Monterey Park, 9-0.
COD (2-0) grabbed their second consecutive clean sheet and two different Roadrunners scored two goals each, as Desert celebrated their 2022 home opener with a lopsided win over the Imperial Valley Arabs (1-1), 7-0.
COD (1-0) opened up the 2022 season on the road as they started the year with a new head coach for the first time since 2015, throttling the San Diego Miramar Jets (0-1), 9-0.
