Under fifth-year head coach Garrett Estrin, Desert finished the regular season with a record 8-9-4 overall and 5-5-2 in conference. The Roadrunners placed 4th in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference (IEAC).
COD (8-9-4; 5-5-2) visited San Bernardino Valley College (14-3-2; 10-1-1) on Friday November 15th, marking the close of the 2019 regular season.
COD (8-8-4; 4-4-2) visited Victor Valley College (6-12-3; 2-8-2) on Tuesday November 12th, marking the close of the VVC Rams season.
COD (7-8-4; 4-4-2) hosted Palomar College (2-12-4; 2-8-2) on Thursday November 7th, marking Sophomore Day.
COD (6-8-4; 4-4-2) hosted Norco College (7-7-1; 5-3-1) on Tuesday November 5th, and both teams were fit to be tied.
COD (5-8-2; 3-4) had an opportunity to make history by defeating the visitors, got close, but a two goal lead appeared to be too much for the home team, as the Roadrunners fell to the Chaffey Panthers of Rancho Cucamonga (11-2-2; 6-1), 2-1.
COD (5-6-2; 3-2) continued undefeated at home in Conference play as they held on for a crucial win over the Victor Valley Rams of Victorville (5-8-2; 1-4-1), 5-4.
COD (4-5-1; 2-1) collected one of their most lopsided victories in team history as Jasmine Castillo made Desert history, scoring six goals in a single game, as the Roadrunners grabbed a lopsided victory over the Cerro Coso Coyotes of Ridgecrest (1-10-1; 0-2), 11-0.
COD (3-5-1; 1-1) got back on track in IEAC play, as they grabbed a solid victory over a pesky team, the Mt. San Jacinto Eagles of Menifee (2-6-1; 0-2), 2-1.
COD (2-4) put together a solid effort against the Taft Cougars (3-3-2), but two early goals proved to be the difference as the Roadrunners fell to Taft, 3-1.
COD (2-2) faced an onslaught of shots, where the Roadrunners keeper made 20 saves on 45 shots, holding a 1-0 lead for 57 minutes on the #5 team in the state, but the Santiago Canyon Hawks of Orange (3-0-1) scored two goals in four minutes and the home side fell to the defending CCCAA State Champs, 2-1.
COD (2-1) grabbed their second win of the season and first win over the Oxnard Condors (0-3), wowing the home crowd in their 2019 home opener, shutting out and overwhelming the visitors, 4-0.
