COD Women's Golf takes on last regular season event on PCAC calendar at Los Serranos
COD Women's Golf freshman Li Chi Liu (Palm Desert H.S.) won her seventh event in eight matches as the Roadrunners sent six participants to its eighth Pacific Coast Athletic Conference event, hosted at a neutral site at the par-72 Los Serranos Country Club in Chino Hills.

All five PCAC schools participated in the tournament and Desert finished just three points behind eventual winner, Cuyamaca College.
Liu had another impressive outing as she not only won the individual portion of the match, but shot a even-par 72 besting her nearest opponent by nine strokes and building momentum going into the PCAC Finals beginning on Halloween at Sun Lakes.
Sophomore Kabrea Rosas (La Quinta H.S.) shot an 86, finishing 4th and sophomore Dominique Healey (Murrieta Mesa) shot a 100 for 9th place. Shooting a 109 was freshman Rhiannon Celaya (Palm Desert Xavier College Prep) who finished 16th.
Shooting a 119 was freshman Alexa Perez (Indio Shadow Hills) and freshman Jessica Garday (Palm Desert H.S.) shot a 127 to wrap up the afternoon for the Roadrunners.
COD will make their next appearance at Sun Lakes Country Club in Banning on Monday, October 31 as they open the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference finals.
