Casey Dill
Assistant Coach / Head Recruiting Coordinator

Casey Dill is a highly accomplished baseball lifer with over a decade of experience in player development, scouting, and high-level collegiate and professional summer league management.

Currently serving as Field Manager and Director of Baseball Operations for the Palm Springs Power summer collegiate team, he has led the program to sustained on-field success, amassing over 600 career wins and 5 league championships, including most recently a CPCL three peat (2023, 2024, 2025). In his time with the Power, over 150 players have been drafted by MLB Organizations or signed as professional free agents.

Dill also works as Director of Baseball Operations and Field Coordinator for the California Winter League (CWL) and Palm Springs Collegiate League. In these roles, Dill has played an instrumental role in scouting and signing of more than 800 professional free agents.

Since 2019, as Recruiting Coordinator at College of the Desert, Dill has helped develop a recruiting system that has helped over 60 College of the Desert student-athletes transfer to 4 year colleges and universities, amongst the top in the state of California.

Dill holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Leisure Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Columbia College and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Butte College. He is also certified by the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau and holds a Data Analytics certification from SABR.
